Purchased a brand new Tacoma with a maintenance contract and my oil check wasn’t covered on this visit to Alderman’s. They said Toyota only covers and oil changes every 10,000 miles which is way too long… Couldn’t get through to service department after 3 calls and a request online for a status update on my truck. The list goes on..

I waited weeks for appointments and parts and then was told 2 to 3 hours to complete and then told 5 to 6 hrs to complete. So dropped my car off the night before for the 8:15 appointment only to not have it completed until later afternoon. Why? Because it was platinum warranty work and was pushed off for other customers. This is not right in my opinion.
