I waited weeks for appointments and parts and then was told 2 to 3 hours to complete and then told 5 to 6 hrs to complete. So dropped my car off the night before for the 8:15 appointment only to not have it completed until later afternoon. Why? Because it was platinum warranty work and was pushed off for other customers. This is not right in my opinion.

Zeb was extremely thorough and explained the process to me, as this was my first time at Alderman Toyota. The waiting room was very clean and nice, I was able work remotely while waiting for my car. Zeb let me know when the service was completed and then I took my car for the incredible free car wash service ???? It was an all around good morning ??

The service was fine and properly done. I just don’t understand how my brake discs in the front needed replacement after only two years. My last RAV4 the breaks lasted at least 3 years. I drive this car less and over the same distance than the last. Toyota needs to do something about that if they want to keep me as customer!
