I was happy that he acknowledged that my name has been spelled wrong and should be Michelle. He was also great after we went through the complimentary car wash. The car wash popped off my passenger mirror cover and the was run over by the next vehicle coming through. He knew exactly why my husband and I were walking back in and said he’d get it ordered.

I appreciate how quickly they completed my oil change and tire rotation! I mentioned that I had another appoint shortly, and they put two people on my car to make sure it was done in time. The whole thing appointment was quick and easy. Thanks!!

Everyone is very nice. Got me in and the vehicle repaired. Only issue is the brakes are very loud. Scratching sounds since they were replaced. Please have someone follow up with me

Lisa was very professional and most of all polite when I complained that I was being charged for a service call when I was told the previous October I had one more service call before my 20K expired. She told me she would see what she could do and she took care of it. I left feeling good as she listened and accommodated me whether my recollection was right or wrong. I call that great service!!

I asked to have my tire pressure sensor reset, as the warning light has been on since I had my summer tires installed. After the appointment I started my drive home and noticed that the warning light was still on. I pulled back in to the service area to ask to have it reset, and was told that after driving a little while the light should come off. The light did not come off.

My experience at Alderman’s couldn’t have been better. Checking on the status of my vehicle was easy and convenient. When I picked up my vehicle, the Alderman’s staff member was so welcoming and answered my additional questions. I am very pleased with the service I received and the courteous folks at Alderman’s!
