The service department was unable to provide the MultiPoint Inspection Report. It was briefly discussed and I was told there was no areas needing immediate attention. They were having issues printing the report and was supposed to text it to me. If that can still happen … I would like it for my records. It could also be emailed if easier;

I am still upset that my new car does not have a CD player. And I am not able to figure out how to use CarPlay and all that other stuff with my iPhone. I would like to come in and have somebody help me with that again.

Poor communication with the service department. Long hold times and disconnected twice. I approved extra work that was recommended and it wasn’t done. We wasted a 40 mile round trip to Rutland only to find all the work was not done and we had to come back the next day. Not to mention the wasted time going back and forth. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Frank F

Excellent communication with friendly, supportive dialogue over work needed and completed on the vehicle. Having information about costs prior to work being done supported a team effort in developing and implementing a work plan on car care. I liked the process and the people providing the service. I felt like friendly caring service is a priority and a value promoted by this team. Thank you for a job well done.

Tech accidentally cut electrical line. You didn’t have this part in stock, so now I have to drive back (about 50 minutes) time and gas to have this fixed.

My problem has not been fixed on my vehicle. The squeaking continued the day after I brought the vehicle in. I purchased the vehicle from this Toyota dealership and the noise has been an issue since the day after I brought it home. I was told it could be a moisture issue by several people who work there, this is not a moisture issue the noise is loud and embarrassing. I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes to get to this dealership and it’s frustrating that the problem still remains.
