Got home , went to plug in to electric. The small black cap is missing. I left a message.. no response. The men are very respectful etc.( Colby and Zebulon) But this is the second time in like 3 weeks I have had to return for follow up I also know tech’s work hard in the bays And often on new technologies .. Unfortunately 2 of my service requests were overlooked, The Vermont Inspection and A/C check. Andrew apologized on behalf of Alderman Toyota and offered a discount on the A/C service when I return to have this work done on 9/3/24.

Had a tire blowout - towed my car in on Thurs nite Took 3 days to obtain a new tire, and two days to mount it and install on my car. I picked the car up on Wednesday afternoon. Seems more than excessive amount of time for that service - pretty frustrating

Zeb did a great job. Technician did reset the maintenance reminder. And tire pressures are set too high door decal says 39lbs and tires are set at over 40psi.

I was charged for my A/C to be fixed and it doesn’t work and didn’t right after driving off the lot. Clearly the tech didn’t test the system.

It took too long: over a month. Otherwise, now that the new transmission is in place, the 2019 Highlander is running very smoothly. The vehicle has a little over 68000 miles on it and we hope we can get another 5 years out of it.

Two Scion XBs then I've had a Prius from 2010 into a a fifth generation 2023 Prius XLE. Five in all. It's the car of the times. I go for service where I got the car. I ALWAYS hen pick about things concerning my car. They did there best yesterday and the new design is fantastic.

Honestly Aldermans toyota service dept is the best I have ever been to. I never have to wait to check in, the people are friendly and efficient and give updates while you are waiting. And I love the free carcwash after. Thanks!
