3 plus hours to change a battery and then lose my car. Mechanic placed wrong number on it then when I am furious I am told I was demanding by Alex!
I appreciate the complimentary car wash. I am a little particular about my vehicles. It would be great if the auto would be wiped down before staging it for pickup. Other than that small attention to detail, the service that I received was good and met my expectations. Kay, the service writer, was very kind and friendly and look forward to our next service visit.
Everything was great as usual when I had my car service here. Now, I am just wondering when will the recall and service campaign disappear from my Lexus app for the car serviced

From the very day, I purchased my Lexus at the dealership to the multiple times I've brought my car in for service, this has been an incredible experience. You don't normally use words like great and honest and integrity when you talk about car dealerships, but I can with this particular dealership.

My car was in for service on my convertible top that was fixed in mid 2024 @ $5000,this 2002 sc 430 has only an additional 300 miles. When I picked the car up I was told they couldn't find what was wtong but the top worked, 2hours later it wouldn't close.

Henry has been very kind both times I’ve came to Lexus. The service guys who except your vehicle from you were a different story. A little rude and non-caring I guess. I wish I was wearing a body camera so you could see for yourself. Henry’s kindness made up for their unprofessionalism. I did enjoy a cup of coffee and a water while I had a snack.
