I can sqy when i came in at 8am on july 12 2025 customer service was well welcome restrooms where cleaned food and coffee where out and my maintenance for oil was just an hour didn't take so long and to top it off i got a call just to say my Lexus was done and ready to check out. I will return back for a break change ???? Thank you, Lexus of West Sahara Ave

I’m very unsatisfied with the way everything were handled with my online appointment due fact that I was quoted $120.94 for my services. However, my service advisor simply advised me that it was system error estimated so consequently I have ended up paying $259.64 which I was not happy at all. I do have the screenshots of original quote please let me know if you need that information.
