Vince was very helpful and understanding of our 2000, SC 400 problems and addressed our concerns accordingly. He readily evaluated and pursued in a timely manner. My car looks brand new and thus far appears to be totally fixed. This is the kind of service one expects at Lexus, Sahara! Thanks Vince

Christina the service advisor was very polite and helpful - overall understanding of my situation. Definitely a natural born leaders who’s destined for great things. She has the same car as me a 2013 GS 350 F Sport so we related on that. Thanks to her I will be back for my oil change as well. Much love ????????
