It was a comfortable and beautiful experience to visit your service department for the 6 month service of my Lexus. The personnel are pleasant and warm. Cesar give us the outmost tutorial on how the the system in the car works with its computer functionality.

It's typical during a 6 month regular maintenance follow-up to do an oil change. I was surprised that an oil change was not done because the car wasn't close to 10k of mileage

The team was exceptionally helpful and accommodating today.
I arrived 10 minutes early, to find nobody in the bay or at their desks. I had to walk around for about 7-8 minutes before I caught one of the guys that works the day carrying a plate of food. He told me that everybody rushed upstairs to grab their food and he would be back in a few minutes. That wasn’t a good impression or prioritizing your customer.
My service advisor was not very attentive nor very respectful of my time. She did not communicate well the timeline or timeframe to inspect and have my vehicle ready for me. I advised her, after two hours of waiting, that I would be walking to pick up some food. She was quick to dismiss me however let me know that I could walk next door if I wanted to. 15 minutes later, after I’d ordered and was waiting for my food, she called me and told me that my car was ready. After 35 minutes I walked back, she was nowhere to be found, I let her counterpart know I was back and waiting for her. Several minutes went by when I noticed she pulled a different customer to her desk.
This has been the worst overall experience I’ve ever encountered in your facility. Regardless of the excuses, my time and overall experience was not valued. I understand this perhaps would be a coachable opportunity for your staff, and I would expect better service next time trusting these issues will be addressed and resolved. Thank you
I brought my car in and they wasted my time. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t perform the 15k maintenance even though the light was on. Then, they never sent me the link to pay so after they sent me a text saying it was okay to pickup my car after hours, the car wasn’t ready and they wasted my time again. Now I have to leave work early on Monday to pickup my car.
