All of your administrative staff are very courteous and professional. Always a pleasure to bring the car in.However, the lines waiting to get to your advisor are rediculous. I wouldn’t be surprised if a hot head doesn’t cause an accident. Something should be done about it.

--- Subject: Feedback on Recent Service Experience Attention general manager I would like to address some concerns regarding my recent visit. First, I needed to double-check what would be installed in my car, as I was not given options regarding the placement of the camera I preferred. During my visit, a parts department representative informed me that the cost of the camera was $745. It was 845 However, I was charged $845, and he mentioned that the camera needed to be programmed into my car, which it did not. Additionally, he stated that a harness was required, but that was unnecessary, as I have watched numerous YouTube videos on how to install the camera on a 2025 Lexus RX350h. Furthermore, I want to express my disappointment with the service manager, who was unable to answer my questions. I felt he lacked the technical knowledge and proficiency expected in this situation. Overall, I experienced very poor service at Lexus of Las Vegas. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely, Marvin W
