Well I was first told with how long it would take and since we didn’t get a wash I was told hour and a half to two hours but I ended up being there for three hours and my kids were at home. I would’ve gotten a ride home but didn’t seem productive being a half hour to forty five minutes away to go home if only had been at most two hours but also I know it would’ve been longer if I went home or you wouldn’t have a stamp for a waiter. Then received no compensation for taking up more of my precious time from what was told to me. Plus I had two specific issues but yet they only checked one at beginning when vehicle went back and waited til end on other issue when that issue added on another hour at least to everything. Or that was the way it was explained to me. But I don’t appreciate being told one time but then it turns out to be doubled that amount of time. You guys do good work but I don’t like having my time used like that and leaving my kids at home that long as well

The customer service is always amazing at Lexus Sahara. It’s the main reason I choose to stay in the Lexus family. But $800 for a service for a car I’m turning in in 11 months is outrageous

I was very pleased with the service I received from Joel and the speed with which my car maintenance was completed.
The service of cars were fine however they washed my vehicles and they DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB ON EITHER.WATER SPOTS WERE ALL O RR MY 2 CARS AND BUGS WERE ON THE WINDSHIELDS.
GOOD THING I did not get charged for the car washes.
I stay with Lexus because of the wonderful efficient service.

Everyone was friendly…….once I was helped. Walked in to pick up my car (my service tech was at lunch). Not one person asked if they could help. Shouldn’t be my job to find someone willing to charge me and get my car back. Truly need to work on that. Not the first time this has happened.
