Almost perfect, they did run out of loaners, however they did get me an Uber ride. So it wasn’t too bad just grounded for two days. My dogs loved me being at home. They have promised they found the rattle and this time I won’t be back for that problem. Everyone was helpful and very polite, I felt like they really cared about how my experience was. Love ???? my Lexus.

Dear Lexus Team,
I’m writing to express our disappointment with the recent service experience at Lexus Las Vegas.
While we understand the demands placed on your service team daily, our latest visit left much to be desired and did not reflect the level of service we’ve come to expect from the Lexus brand.
The primary reason for our visit was to have the A/C system inspected. While the vehicle is out of warranty, it has under 50,000 miles. After inspection, we were told the system required reprogramming, replacement of the servo, and a recheck for proper operation at cost of $2,200. Given the relatively low mileage, we feel this is a manufacturer issue that shouldn’t fall entirely on the customer.
Due to time constraints—my wife needed to pick up our children—she asked the technician to reassemble the vehicle and reschedule the service. The car was dropped off around 10 a.m., but we didn’t hear back until after 3 p.m.
Additionally, the service person did not demonstrate the level of professionalism we’ve previously experienced. Upon requesting a loaner, my wife was simply handed the keys without any further explanation or assistance. When we had questions, the responses we received were vague, such as “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know.”
After being loyal Lexus customers for over a decade and always regarding the brand as luxury and reliability, this experience has unfortunately caused us to reconsider our future with Lexus same as other luxury brand.
