Everything went well and in a timely fashion. Was treated with respect and courtesy. Every questions I came up with, they had the answers. I have had 9 Toyota’s , this is my first Lexus, it is a great step up. I highly recommend Lexus of Las Vegas.

Kay was not helpful with getting my car serviced and didn’t help at all. Not only that I came with a small crack on my windshield and left with a huge crack!! I feel like it’s pointless to do anything about it cause Lexus won’t own up to it!!

Took my car there for regular checkup. After checkup, from next day, car started having AC issues. They charged me $275 to take a look and now claim it’s just coincidence and want me to pay $5k for fixing AC. Extremely disappointed.

I really appreciate the wonderful service at Lexus. Javier and the courtesy driver were very professional and friendly. Javier went above and beyond to help me find out what the issue was with my IS 350 FSport. He made sure I felt confident in the safety of my vehicle.
