I was able to get the recall taken care of without an appointment. I was in the area and thought to take a chance and thankfully it worked out. My regular service guy, Vince, wasn’t around but someone else stepped in (“V” )who was pleasantly willing to assist. I also appreciated the intake person who was very welcoming. Thank you so much Lexus of Sahara!

I appreciate the ride to the airport and the willingness to hold onto the car. Saved me money from parking at the airport.. also I had dent and V was able to get the dent out and get it approved to be under warranty so it was no cost to me!
