Worked with Kristina Duvall(service consultant ),initially for a Sirius XM problem and a satellite antenna error. We worked with Caesar (technical service) to schedule an appointment on 7/28. On 7/28 we worked with Kay Andrade (service consultant), who picked up the issue and assisted us. Our Lexus TX, was taken into the Service bay for troubleshooting. Within a few hours, Kay Andrade informed us that the Antenna problem had been resolved. When we went to pick up the car we also asked for assistance to implement the Lexus app and CarPlay into our new Lexus. Shane (Service) and ultimately Caesar (technical service), happily, diligently & efficiently successfully implemented the Lexus application & CarPlay! We are new to the Lexus Family and witnessed the dedication of the Lexus team members to create Customer Satisfaction and a great overall experience.

Everything went well and in a timely fashion. Was treated with respect and courtesy. Every questions I came up with, they had the answers. I have had 9 Toyota’s , this is my first Lexus, it is a great step up. I highly recommend Lexus of Las Vegas.
