At Lexus of Las Vegas we are treated like a valued customer always. Yesterday my husband took his sister’s Tundra for maintenance and as soon as he got home he said that he misses the treatment we receive at Lexus.

First impression is the most important one and Lexus of Las Vegas missed the mark. Had a 2p appointment for a wheel alignment on our LX570. Check-in was disorganized. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby where I was told to wait I inquired about the process as it was my first time at this dealership. I was told the person I was scheduled with was not in and the next available person would assist.
I stepped outside to take a call only to see my vehicle zip through the parking lot without making a stop and then take off at a fast pace onto Sahara. I don’t drive my vehicle like that and didn’t appreciate the lack of care and respect that was shown toward my vehicle. When I got home belongings in the back were scattered in both directions leading me to believe corners were taken at a fast pace after the 4 mile “test drive”. Disappointed to say the least, I expected better from Lexus.

I had to wait almost three hours to have my key reprogrammed. I don't think it takes that long to accomplish that task. I sat in the waiting room which completely emptied out. I was given the lowest priority even though I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 25 years owning as many as 4 Lexus at a time. Not to mention the outrageous $502 charge that it cost me to wait for those almost three hours. I know I did not complain , paid my bill and left because I knew that if any one cared in the first place I would not have been treated the way I was. I am almost 80 years old and will probably continue to bring my car back to Lexus for service more out of habit than being completely satisfied with my overall service experience.
