First impression is the most important one and Lexus of Las Vegas missed the mark. Had a 2p appointment for a wheel alignment on our LX570. Check-in was disorganized. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby where I was told to wait I inquired about the process as it was my first time at this dealership. I was told the person I was scheduled with was not in and the next available person would assist. I stepped outside to take a call only to see my vehicle zip through the parking lot without making a stop and then take off at a fast pace onto Sahara. I don’t drive my vehicle like that and didn’t appreciate the lack of care and respect that was shown toward my vehicle. When I got home belongings in the back were scattered in both directions leading me to believe corners were taken at a fast pace after the 4 mile “test drive”. Disappointed to say the least, I expected better from Lexus.
