Representative told me the entire 60k checkup would take 3 hours so I waited. I arrived for an 8 am appointment. Then I received an email about additional items that needed to be done. The text message was received at 10 am and I approved the install of new tires. Then at 11:30 she calls me and tells me that the car wouldn't be ready until 2:30 pm. She should have notified me closer to 10 am rather than 11:30 am. She obviously didn't pay attention to my case. Finally got a loaner car. Service was finished and she called me at 2:15 pm. This is obviously a lack of attention to the detail of my service situation. She apologized and apologized but I think it needs to corrected and fixed.

There is no update on the recall of my vehicle. Lexus refuses to give me a Lexus courtesy vehicle. I called corporate and they said to partner with the dealership. Instead of a Lexus vehicle, I am stuck driving a compact rental car.. a Kia.. a gmc.. a Nissan.. all with basic Amenities.. no tinted windows. I bought a Lexus and was given the lowest budget rental car. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. I feel completely disregarded.

Car was promised to be washed. It wasn't. Tires were asked to be inflated to 35 PSI evenly. It wasn't.
