I’ve been a happy customer since 2019. In the future, can we find a way to address all required indicator lights during one visit and discuss them with the customer? This would help avoid additional appointments within the same month. I don’t have time during my workday for multiple service visits.

We waited almost 4 hours fir a simple maintenance to be done. I was charged additional $75 to replace a fuse. I know a fuse doesn't cost that much. It doesn't take 5 minutes to replace it.

Your service team is excellent - courteous, very knowledgeable and professional, and extremely efficient. May Tech Advisor -V- is simply the best. They are timely on their diagnosis, and they give you all the relevant info, Including price, upfront. Then they work with you to manage the cost by telling you what is essential and what can wait. I’m am very leased with the service I get from Las Vegas Lexus.

The drop off process was super quick and efficient. Only issue I have picking up after completion. It just took too long; I guess I have to wait for the service advisor I dropped off with to be available in order to get the car? Overall though service is always good
