I asked for the squeaking noise to be checked. The noise happens when backing up. I asked three times and it is still squeaking. So frustrating!
Well, realizing i am an absolutely new customer bringing in a used car i purchased from a private party utilizing an online coupon for a deal I didn't go in expecting top notch service., but for the $100 difference in me doing it myself and your special it was a no brainer for me. Knowing a service writer from a different dealership i get it, however the way i presented myself visually compared to other customers i feel definitely made an impact. No racism BS or anything like that, just not a regular established customer who's known and does not dress like a bum, but in this town we should all know not to judge a book by its cover.
Your parts department was excellent, don't remember the name of the woman i ordered parts from (started with an L i believe) but she was excellent and helpful, i purchased additional items the day of service which were a bit high but i don’t shy away from convenience at certain times.
I met briefly with the salesman MD who i spoke with last year about a new GX 550, super polite as before, willing to spend time with me regardless if i was buying or not, which had it not been for my wife we would of had one, LOL, we do own an LX and now a GX, i know, doesn't make sense other than the financials investment.
All in all, not an excruciating experience, but when a customer walks up to the desk for the first time, please stand, make eye contact and shake a hand, covid doesn’t exist anymore, (????????).
Please don't take any of this as negative but possibly a way to help your staff grow and make anyone feel valued and comfortable at your dealership, in my profession I'm definitely not thin skinned nor do i get bothered by the little things, just giving feedback.
I will visit again after i find a deal that makes sense for me, not the $3600 transfer case quote for $240 in parts, but possibly something else. Thank you and have a great day.
