Kay is ???? excellent in providing me service for my 2013 CT200h vehicle. I never have to worry about Kay bd upfront with me and I enjoy leaving my vehicle in her hands as she is a very honest reliable service woman person and I hope Lexus recognizes she loyal to her job and her clients.
