For approximately 20 years that I have owned my Lexus vehicles, I receive honest info and necessary suggestions. Always greeted with a smile, I’m automatically in a comfort zone and ready to discuss business at hand. Both Joel and Don have helped in emergency situations, using their exceptional knowledge of Lexus, they always make the best solutions, therefore solving the issue. It was unclear and not proper explained as to the cost of my service. When I was sent, via text, what they checked and what needed service it had a “total” price which I assumed meant total for everything, because no where else had a price for anything been mentioned. To my UNBELIEVABLE surprise the “total” was only for the the additional service and did not include the basic service which turned out to be around the same so I paid double what I thought I’d be paying - which by the way was already wayyyy too much. I will be getting future somewhere else.

Justin baker was great as always. However, I asked for a car wash and the guy giving me my keys back said they’re closed. I was told they close at 6 and I was there at 4. When you spend so much money on a car and service, I would hope your staff is less lazy.
