Lexus is great and I love my car,but the best part of the whole experience is Kay. I feel you are so fortunate to have her there to represent Lexus. Henry was great in detailing my service. Excited to get my NX back, after complete detail even after driving the RX450 H loaner. I couldn’t find my handicap tag - it was bundled in the rear area - come to think about it that is a great procedure
