Making the client walking back-and-forth between the waiting area and the service techs is not OK. Better customer service would be having the service techs Come and find us and talk with us and visit with us in the waiting area. It feels like we’re just making it easier on the service techs to do their job

My car didn't wash nicely and no vacuum inside and finger print inside the car on screen and I saw some scratches on dashboard. I had a question about the car settings and I was waiting long time. This time not too much welcome as before. I bought my car from Key Lexus in California and they told us we have 3 change oil fee under warranty but the lady in Vegas dealer told me only one time oil change free.
