Javier has been my service advisor for many years, and he always has a pleasant, professional, and helping attitude.
I took my car in this morning with an 8 o’clock appointment, to have my tires rotated, which I was told to take about an hour and a half.. and I did not receive my keys till after 2 1/2 hours and then had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish in the car wash. My experiences are usually pretty pleasant, but this was actually very frustrating because I need to go back to work.
We are always treated nice and in a comfortable setting. We trust the people there and the quality.
Service was excellent as usual, Service Consultant explained what would be done and quoted a price. Service was completed on time at the price quoted to my complete satisfaction. Good job!

Vincent Ryan Camino was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find someone to help me understand the navigation app, in my car. The technician was also very nice to walk through all the details with me. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name.

I am not completely satisfied. I just noticed that my front bumper has scratches & scuff marks there were not present on my vehicle prior to my appointment. I will be going back to the dealership tomorrow to discuss on the damages with my service advisor.
I was pleasantly surprised when my battery was replaced at no cost because it failed its test while still under warranty. Having a service department I can depend and trust is very important now that I am too old to do it myself.

Kay is the kind of service rep I wished for when I first bought my Lexus. I asked for a woman who could relate to me and my needs. I might not the name of the lug nut needed to unlock the tires but she did and we were able to accomplish what I needed. I will be traveling back to Texas alone next week and she fully understood the importance of getting my car road worthy for the drive which gives me peace of mind! It doesn’t hurt that she LOVES my dog ???? either which makes us both feel very welcomed each time we come in for service!!
