The service was Great. My service advisor Joel greeted me with a smile and a handshake he explained what service I was receiving asked if I had any questions provided me with a loaner car and sent me on my way. I was notified of a concern with my vehicle during the service and notified when it was complete. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Joel was on lunch. I spoke to Effrin(name may not be spelled correctly) he found a service advisor who could help me which was Javier. Javier was friendly he didn't make me feel as I was extra work he greeted me explained what service was completed on my vehicle took my payment and informed me Effrin would bring my car around. Effrin was great he got help for while Joel was on lunch and brought my car to me with a smile. Great Job Lexus of Las Vegas.
I would like to thank Justin my service representative for being super concerned and professional. I was a little untrusting of your service department due to previous incidents, but Justin has definitely won me back over. Thanks for treating me with such kindness and respect and for addressing my concern's.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me before my 02pm appointment. I came in at 01pm. I was done and out in 15min with my loaner car and they were done with my car sooner than expected. I was very happy with that. Keep up with the good work. Thanks again.
Joel is always great as are the other service staff. My only complaint this last visit was my loaner had a ton of hair on the carpet of the passenger seat. I had never seen that before. I was surprised. Usually the loaners are clean. Thank you.

I reserved an RZ through the Lexus application. Upon my arrival at the Sarah location, I was introduced to Joel. When I proceeded outside, I observed what I believe to be a Lexus NX or NZ model. I attempted to address this discrepancy, but I recognized that my husband would not comfortably fit into a vehicle of that size. Consequently, I departed. Upon seeing the vehicle I was provided, my husband inquired about the situation. I contacted Lexus again and requested to speak with Joel. After approximately an hour without a return call, I visited the dealership to resolve the matter. While I was speaking with Joel, he informed a colleague, in my presence, that I did not want the car. This was inaccurate; I had requested an RX and was presented with a vehicle of his choosing. I then went outside to inspect a parked RX, which was notably unclean, both internally and externally. I was significantly distressed and pressed for time, and I chose not to re-enter the dealership after my second visit. I am a loyal Lexus customer, but I am uncertain about returning to the Sarah location given the experience I encountered.
Lexus always takes care of me. They offer a fantastic warranty and their customer service is top notch. I never have to wait long and I’m offered a rental car if the service will take some time. Lexus customer for life!
Disappointed with the overall experience. Lexus didnt fix the issue that I had last September. The car began having the same issue two months later. Brought it back in early this year. Instead of fixing the issue they made me pay another 1000 dollars. Took around 3 months to get the correct part in. And when it arrived they took a few extra days to fix as they sent the wrong part. Then to top it all off they didnt even wash the car as they said they would. Or if they did it wasn't washed well at all.
I am truly satisfied with the customer care here at this dealership, building a relationship with all here at the Sahara location. Thank you so much!
