This facility is in poor condition compared to other dealers. There was literally no place to sit down.
We dealt with Kay in customer service and she was outstanding. She was very attentive to our needs and very efficient. We were pleased with our loaner and how clean the car was but you certainly need to do something in the customer wait8n area!
My car started displaying a "Check Engine" notification on the dashboard display during driving around for work. I have left a voicemail with my service representative.

Kay Andrade is very nice.She explained all of the service included in the package, Gave us a loaner car so we can do errands while car is in service. She follows up every now and then on the status of our service. The car had a rotor issues that needed service, Kay tried all her best to help us out. She got it warranteed. I am very pleased for her being personable, professional and kind attitude. These are the things we like thats why we are always loyal with Lexus of Las Vegas. Great Service crew!Thanks Kay!!!

Just waiting on a response from the service department on billing discrepancies totaling $1600. Once this is resolved, I would consider the possible purchase of new Lexus. I’ve had three and have been completely satisfied with the brand.
