I wanted to acknowledge Eileen's ( auto parts department)outstanding performance. I witnessed her expertly handling customer interactions with professionalism and a smile, showcasing her intuitive nature. She exceeded expectations by providing exceptional support with my inquiries and concerns. Although it is customary for employees to fulfill their roles, Eileen's remarkable service deserves praise. Companies would greatly benefit from having a dedicated employee like Eileen.

Service went well as it had on past visits.
I am not 100% satisfied. My driver side car door received a ding under the handle. There was a black spot that I rubbed off after it came back from the service and under it was a ding. I told my service advisor, Justin, about this. He told me he would give “due diligence” and look at the cameras. I hope he will. It was not a big ding, but nonetheless a ding.
I had just washed my car and went over the whole car removing spots. My car is white. I wad fully aware of The condition of my car. I will hopefully get feedback from him.

Wait time for a basic service call was longer than expected. Appt time was 11 they didn’t start till 12 (told by agent) . Then it only took 35 mins
