I brought the car to my appointment on time, it only needed its central console door changed, which was defective from the factory. It took them an hour and a half to replace it. They wouldn’t give me any kind of updates through the entire time. If simple replacement takes that long, I can only imagine what happens when the car needs an oil change.

Justin was very helpful, and my SUV was completed ahead of the promised time - which was great! My only "negative" comment would be the drop off area. Each time I've been there, always seems short staffed, and today was quite a line waiting to check in.
