Kristina Duvall provided excellent service as my Lexus service advisor when I brought in my RX350 for maintenance. She was very efficient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated how she handled my concern about the battery issue — she clearly explained the situation, coordinated the diagnostic process, and arranged for a fair 50/50 replacement based on the prorated rate. Her proactive communication and helpful attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Truly outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Great service but it took more than two and a half hours for 15,000 mile service
The lack of communication from Kay was not helpful.
Took the car as scheduled at 9:30. Received a report as called to get some information on the report at Noon. Left a message with an associate and was told she would call back immediately. Did not receive a call back, so I called to again at 3pm to finally talk with her. I was told I would get a call from her as soon as the work is completed. Again did not get any call so I called again at 5pm, which knowing she is receiving a call from me instead of answering she calls me while I’m on hold. She gives me an excuse that the system showed that my car was still being on when it wasn’t which is very hard to believe. She expects me to pick up by 6pm before they close, she expects me to be available when she was never available. Irresponsible and lack of respect of peoples time. Don’t ever want to work with her.
Lexus does not honor their extended warrenty service & they also not honest with the service that they say it needed, they over charge for repair work, I will not use lexus for service.
I wanted to acknowledge Eileen's ( auto parts department)outstanding performance. I witnessed her expertly handling customer interactions with professionalism and a smile, showcasing her intuitive nature. She exceeded expectations by providing exceptional support with my inquiries and concerns. Although it is customary for employees to fulfill their roles, Eileen's remarkable service deserves praise. Companies would greatly benefit from having a dedicated employee like Eileen.
