I waited for over 15 minutes to drop off my vehicle before even being acknowledged. While I understand that it was busy, a simple hello to let me know that I was seen, and that I would be helped shortly, would have made all the difference. The interaction with my service advisor was not great, nor was it bad—it was just mediocre. While my service visits are usually excellent, I did not “experience amazing” today.

One issue, rotation of the tires was part of the service to be done at 60k miles. Tires were not rotated.
