When I called to make the appointment, the representative looked at what my recall was about. He told me that it was a software update, and I could wait as it would not take very long. That I would not need to take a Uber home.When I drove up to the drive-in, the man looked it up and said it would just be a few minutes and to wait in the lobby. It would not take long. Then Christina comes and takes me to her office and tells me it will take at least 1 1/2 to two hours And they will provide an Uber. I told her what the other two men said and she said they were wrong, nothing ever gets done that quickly. I have a hard time believing it took two hours to do a software update, especially when both men looked at it and said it shouldn’t take long. I was not prepared for it to take that long and it messed up my plans today.
