I do prefer the Las Vegas location over the Henderson location however, this is now the second time I’ve brought my Lexus in with a concern only to be told that there’s nothing wrong. I have a slow leak in my front driver side tire, and I have refilled it several times. It’s the only tire that leaks the way that it does. I understand that in colder weather we have to put more air in our tires. This started happening during the summer. Apparently, my tire was put into a dunk tank, and there were no leaks found. Then why does my tire keep deflating? The same exact one. I have also had an issue with the fuel fill neck. I have put gas in my car on three different occasions, where the gas ran right back out of the fill neck and down the side of the car onto my shoe. This was also checked and I was told that there’s nothing wrong. Luckily this is a lease so I really don’t care because it’s not my car. However, when I do buy a vehicle, I would prefer to have better service than just to be told. Nothing is wrong. I liked my service are much better today however, she did tell me that I was too skinny and that’s why she kept trying to feed me. Not necessary. I really think that Lexus needs to do better. You’re a luxury car dealership, your employees should behave as such. If I wanted less than great service, I would’ve bought from Carmax.
