I was very satisfied with the service I received today. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The technician provided a video explanation, which I appreciated. My only suggestion for future visits would be allowing customers to physically demo issues that can be replicated. In my case, the rear hatch concern is still happening, so being able to show exactly what I’m experiencing may have helped. It may very well be user error on my part, and I’m open to that possibility, but a quick in-person demo could have clarified things easier. Overall, still a very positive experience and I appreciate the team’s professionalism and effort.

From the minute you pull up and see the welcome to lexus crew you know your in good hands, and then communicating with justin my service guy is always a pleasure he's very polite and knows the business. My first lexus was a 2006 is350 20 years of LEXUS.

I will never purchased a lexus again. You broke it and deny it is broken and refused to acknowledge and repair it. horrible service techs, all dependent on computers and technology. very disappointing.

Justin is AWESOME!!! I have now bought 8 Lexus’s 300ls, 300ls, 430 ls, 460 ls, 500ls, lx600 and two is for my daughter and service brings me back AND Justin is the reason. You should take care of him.
