Lexus truly lives up to its name in providing excellent customer service. My car had a flat tire late Saturday night, and Keith Nicholson, my sales consultant immediately guided me through the steps I needed to take and ensured my vehicle would be towed on Sunday and ready for pick up on Monday.

I had another great experience with the service team today. They were able to fully resolve the issue with my rear hatch by replacing the sensors on both sides, and everything is working perfectly now.

I wanted to let you know about a serious safety issue after my recent service appointment for the sunroof weatherstrip repair.
When I got the car back, my son’s car seat had been moved/uninstalled during service, but it was left in place looking fully installed even though the tether and belt installation were not secured. I didn’t realize this until after I had already driven across town with my son in the seat.
I understand the seat may have needed to be moved for the repair, but I really wish someone had told me it had been disconnected or left a note/tag indicating it needed to be reinstalled before use. This could have had serious consequences.
I wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn’t happen to another family in the future.
Within 2 days if my appointment there is now something hanging from the bottom of the caf like it wasn't put back correctly? Need to have this corrected.
As far as the visit itself It's good to know what services are recommended based on the time of service!
I am extremely concerned about the attempted upsell in service. I was told that my vehicle needed both a front and rear differential rinse and fluid replacement service, however, I have a front wheel drive vehicle, and therefore I do not have a rear differential. When I attempted to get clarification on this prior to denying it, I was simply told to let them know whether or not I wanted the service. When I then picked up my vehicle and asked him to explain I was told that the rear differential was actually a different part of the vehicle and that that too needed fluid replaced. This is extremely shady and does not make me feel confident coming back for future services.
I just bought a GX 550 luxury plus brand new. Had to drop it off to fix a scratch on the window tint. Was given a loaner car, however it was dirty inside. Looks like it has not been cleaned. It also smells. Compared to Porsche, I feel Lexus as a luxury brand has lower standards.
Hi, just wanted to share a little feedback about today’s visit.
Since I was waiting at the dealership, I was told someone would let me know when my car was ready. After I paid online, I still waited quite a while with no update until I eventually came over myself and found my keys and paperwork sitting on the desk.
Also, the maintenance reminder hadn’t been reset, so I had to come back inside again afterward.
Not a huge deal, just felt the communication today could’ve been a little better.
I enjoyed excellent service! Vahagn Nazaryan was so help, keeping me updated on my car and promptly getting my car serviced. His attention to detail is much appreciated!
