Mr Gooding did a great job but when I initially brought my car in a valet didn’t even report it to a rep. He pretended that he fixed my tire and then he sent me on my way. I had to return two days later with the same problem. It was a waste of time.

I was told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes before I finally got my car. There were several other people that arrived after me that got their car. I had to tell my representative several times that I was still waiting. She didn’t care. If my car was ready, why wasn’t it waiting in the express area like it usually is? I felt unimportant. I lease a new car every 3 years for the last 9 years. Maybe I’ll look elsewhere next time my lease is up
