First time not completely satisfied with service. I asked for a shuttle home, after 50 minutes I asked someone to check and they apologized and then checked on my car. At that point they said the car was ready going to be ready in 20 minutes so I waited of course. They did give me 10% off due to the mishap but pretty frustrating. The part that was upsetting was that someone who came after me got a shuttle while I waited. At that time I had asked the driver and he said someone else was coming to get me which never happened. I’ve been going to Lexus for 7 years now and this is the first time I left frustrated so overall that’s pretty dang good service. So can’t complain, plus this is a small complaint compared to real world problems. Only reason I am writing is since I got a text asking how my experience was.

To be a Lexus, I think the person that wages our cars, are horrible at least they can get the water spots off, or please don’t wash mine after service and they left a **** mark on the passenger back side of my car, need to do a better job, you wants to pick up a expensive Lexus and the was looks horrible
