The entire service team does a terrific job. Joel in particular makes you feel welcome, he explains everything completely, making sure the vehicle has all the needed service completed on a timely manner.

Lexus Las Vegas staff are friendly and so professional! Courtesy area is also generously stocked with complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Very classy! And very welcoming!

I’d like to see more female techs (like Phyllis) representing Lexus, especially since the majority of customers in your waiting lounge were women. Would be interesting to know the percentage of male vs female owners. Plus, I would be interested in meeting the service tech who actually does all the work and thank him or them personally. After 12 years of continuous service, I see that your process lacks a personal touch.
