When I picked up my 2024 LEXUS RX 350H AWD. They did not vacuum and washed my car.
When I opened the car and checked everything, I was really frustrated and very much disappointed on how LEXUS treated my car.
The sunshade that I'm using, they removed and threw at the back of the car just like a GARBAGE and it was filling up. I took a couple of pictures of it.
Mr. Scott Solaire knew this and he saw it with his 2 eyes due to, he is the one who picked up my car from the 2nd floor and bring it down.
I called several times to Mr. Craig Kelly and left a voice message on this issue.
I want to see your General Manager and show him my car and how awfully they treat my $75K car.
I paid this car CASH for almost $75K and that's what I asked Ms. KAY ANDRADE of the service department.
This is my 4th Lexus that I own.
I just can not believe it that LEXUS OF SAHARA they treat their customers car like a garbage

Kay called me that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, she wasn’t ready and I waited patiently in the lobby. After an hour, I went to see her and told her that I have places to go. That’s when she completed the paperwork.
