While I can’t say that I am pleased to have left $2900 with you all, I thought Kay was great. She wasn’t perfect (she had to run out and get the maintenance notice to be reset on my dash), but she was knowledgeable and approachable.

Almost 3 hr service. The side mirror is still vibrating even in a mild uneven road. It makes me dizzy looking at it. They should’ve tested it before telling that it’s fixed.

Everything was satisfactory. The service personnel were very friendly and attentive. The service managers were able to help me with an issue and it was a pleasure ( as usual) working with everyone at Lexus. I always tell everyone the reason i keep on buying Lexus is mostly due to the great service i get from the service department.

Justin went over and above on my service visit. The tech misdiagnosed my repair and parts. This caused my trip to be delayed because I was taking this vehicle with me. Justin got the correct part delivered overnight and I’m getting my RX350 back on Saturday rather than on Tuesday when it was originally promised back to me. Great communication and he really went over and above to take care of me. He genuinely felt bad my trip was delayed. I really appreciate his efforts and felt he really cared about me. I’m changing to Justin as my new service person from here forward.
