Everyone, especially Scott and Pam, were so incredibly supportive and understanding. My situation created a number of difficult challenges that were met with understanding and patience. I’m upset that a nail couldn’t be repaired and I ended up spending $641 to get 1 tire replaced. I will no longer bring my car into your service department.

Justin is very courteous & friendly. He's very knowledgeable about the service for my Lexus & coordinates well with his team. Everything was done in a timely manner with great communication regarding my vehicle. The male porters were very welcoming, friendly & helpful, as well. The loaner car was clean & no odors (so no allergy problems) and I appreciate that my car was very clean when I picked it up.

I find it rediculous that the fee for an oil change is 300 plus dollars and they don't even wipe out or vacuum the vehicle for that kind of money. The amount that the car even costs tells me that Mercedes Benz would be a better option for my next lease, as they do all of this with a service.
