My car wasn’t washed good. The Rims were still dirty and the inside wasn’t vacuumed properly.

I just bought this car about two or three months ago. Supposedly they went through 161 point inspection for this vehicle.took my vehicle to the service today and service advisor told me the alignment was off, during these three months. I have never even come close to a curve I don’t know how alignment would be off in about 5000 miles driven and my service advisor told me it will cost $325 to fix it Which I have declined to do the service right now because if my vehicle went through 161 point inspection before it sold to me, the alignment should be corrected.

Wheel alignment in the amount of $279 was recommended to me without any explanation whatsoever. If I’m going to spend $279 I would like to understand the reason and the benefits to doing so. I just feel it was thrown out there to see if I would say yes and go along with it, excellent service includes an explanation that is clear and makes sense.
