Vicent is the best. First time meeting him and he exceeded my expectations. Happy pleasant personality and great customer service. My car was done fast and efficient. When I picked up my car they washed it beautifully. So happy!

I was very pleased with Vincent during my service visit. He was very polite and well mannered, not like the typical service advisor’s attitude. He took it upon himself to confirm that my repair was completely covered under warranty. He kept me updated and assured that the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Car was in to replace a broken rear window. No attempt was made to vacuum the broken glass on the seat or the floor. That is NOT the Lexus standard we would expect. Unacceptable.
