Luis is the best!!! My service advisor was knowledgeable n has a great customer service presence… thanks. Sorry, as a vet on a fixed budget, we can’t afford to trade-in our Lexus and say purchased a quality used Vegas. Have a great 4th!!!!!

Javier is the BEST! He is very responsive & keeps me updated when my car is being serviced. He explained the services recommended & helped me develop a ling-term affordable maintenance plan since I love my car and am not interested in the newer models. I like Javier’s no pressure, mild manner approach and trust him completely unlike my previous service provider. When Javier was out on paternity leave & I met with my old service provider who is not as personable or responsive, I waited until Javier returned to work to move forward on the recommended repairs for my car. Javier is an asset to your organization and I hope he gets recognized for the outstanding service he provides us Lexus owners!
