Javier is a very good service advisor. Competent, efficient, and friendly. He is a good communicator. Very approachable. He even apologized for the wait which was unnecessary because it was a busy day. I felt taken care of and respected.

I want emails for my car sent to me and not my husband. I was told I couldn’t. I needed an orientation to the car. Several things couldn’t be answered and I was promised a call back, which I didn’t get. I was not notified that my second key (6 months wait) was ready and had to ask for it.
Lexus makes my car maintenance very easy and Justin is always very professional and on top with my car maintenance I trust his judgment 100 percent. I wouldn’t want it any other way . Thank You very much for always being helpful to me during this past 18 years .
I’m handicapped n the 4 years I’ve been taking my car for service this was the absolute worse. I had to get un- mad before responding. I’ve always taken my car n waited for it. Since I’m on oxygen all of the time - use a portable oxygen machine - use a rolator because I don’t walk that far - n have to carry extra batteries which are heavy. I was told that I should go inside n sign in n go to waiting area I’ve never had to go inside never. After I decided to go inside there was no one in the office to help me n was told to go to waiting area. After getting comfortable in area I was told I’d have to go back to office up front to check in I’m a Covid dodger n don’t hang around people or large crowds. After I was told Justin would not be checking me in unless I went to his office that was the insult. I’ve been being accommodated because I was handicapped n for Justin to step out n bring the paper to leave the car n pick up a rental would have taken less than 5 minutes- but the power play took him much longer n one of the helpers was running back n forth with msgs. I would hate to think I was being treated this way because I’m an African American female - my prior trips there were more than expected. Well I returned to pick up my car n I didn’t think it could get worst - I requested a price for a tire - needed smog test n warranty covered transmission sensor replaced. Again I was told I had to get out of the car n go to Justin’s office to retrieve my car I was not going anywhere as I was parked in front of a sign that said express checkout. What a day it f bad service. AND Justin didn’t do due diligence as the tires on the car are warranted by Dunlop with 32155 miles on them but he didn’t call Dunlop or told me about the warranty on the tire. He wanted to sell me one for $476 n was not nice about giving me the size - was told he’d tell me the next day one of the nice helpers took my camera n took a pics of the tire n info in the door. He was such a good employee. During other visits some of the helpers would even bring me snacks while I waited. Justin is NOT my favorite intake person. Thanks. 301/538-3117
