The last three service appointments, something went wrong. First time, you forget the complementary car cleaning. Second time, you forget to screw the oil cap. This time, I never got a callback when my car was ready. I had your courtesy car, which could have cost me $95 per day if I did not call myself. It's three strikes. You either give me a free oil change, or I'm not coming back. You keep screwing up the most basic service, which is an oil change.

This visit was my lowest monetary payment of all the visits I have been coming since 2013. The windshield wipers were the most expense wipers ever. $40 labor fee for three minutes time installing them. You got me there. Never again.
