The staff and the service itself was great. The issue was my appointment was for 9:15a. I was there and dropped my car off at 9:00a. They provided me with a brand new loaner vehicle. Wonderful! They told me at drop off it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the service. I didn’t hear from them, so at 1:00p I called to check on the status… they indicated it was just about done. I drove to the dealership to get my car. I had a flight to catch at 3:00p. I had explained that when I dropped it off. It was about 2:00 when I left with my car. I did make the flight however it was a stressful situation!

First time visit. Joe was great he asked and understood my questions and concerns with our car. The dealer facility was very nice comfortable environment. The service was thorough and complete. I liked the video presentation from the tech who was working on our car. Nice touch. Overall a wonderful experience. I will be back for future service needs.
