Ok, Kay Andrade is always very informative about the services that are being done to my vehicle, Very courteous goes over price and all that was done to my car while waiting for paperwork to let me know car is washed and ready to go. "????????JOB WELL DONE????????????

The person who met me to check in car told me I was not on list for service and to go sit in lounge. I found Jason in his office and he said I was on his list. I arrived to retrieve my car to a long line of cars, Jadon was at lunch so I found someone else to help me. The service line and that area was completely empty and I still sat waiting. The tech who helped me noticed I was still there and asked to see my paperwork. He asked someone to find my car. I was waiting at least 30 min. Very disorganized.
