Definitely a pleasure to have brought my vehicle here. This is my first time as an owner of Lexus. And will tell you that the service department alone is A1, I only have great things to say. I’m privileged to have been able to purchase this particular vehicle. And have the confidence in owning it with type of service to back it up. Thank you Kay! Kay was great. Service email was a little lacking. I got the service status but did not get any indication that I MUST respond. So after 6 hours for the oil change I went down to find out what was up. Only to find out if I did not respond for some reason you would not contact me. Suggest you fix you notice site. But Kay fixed everything for me. Third Lexus and still will do another regardless.

I do sincerely appreciate Kistina and her team trying to fix my major of wind noise after changing the new inner seal leaking . But seems the issue is still there. After paid over 600$ to fix that. I’m so frustrated it , don’t know what to do any more.

The very best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed immediate attention to some damage to my car so I could drive it back to California in 2 days and they made it happen.
