Great experience, very pleased with the entire process. Seamless as well. The only suggestion would be for the rental service, I did not receive the exact same RX car. I received a NX, which was pretty small for my family.

Kristina did a marvelous job today and appreciated her efforts. The second key issue was MOSTLY resolved, however the new key is either defective or missing a piece where a key ring would attach. Please advise if a top component to the new key is missing. Thank you. Dr. Squitieri ****-****-xxxx

My car was dirty and all the dash board lights were on and the hood was not closed. I will not come back to this dealer ship.i should have not come to this dealership. You will never work on my car again.

Vahagn such a nice person immediately I feel at home with him. The way he approached us and discussed all the check that needed to be done on my Lexus RX350. He told me as well what to expect during routine check that there might be some additional repair or routine check need to be done. I highly recommend him.

Joel was great! My issue is that the cars acceleration is now not smooth and even. It is inconsistent and “jumpy”.

After waiting 6 months for our FOB, a week for our appointment this morning, and driving 20 city miles round trip, we were told that the equipment was down and programming our new FOB will have to be rescheduled. It was nice of the service representative to tell my wife that he’ll top off her gas when she comes back. This morning my wife topped off the fuel before driving to the dealership for the appointment.
